Each year, one special member of our global community is awarded the world’s highest honors for his or her outstanding good citizenship and service to humanity. 

This year’s First Place World Citizen of the Year Award (sponsored by the Cornegie Foundation for Social Conformity) goes to DeeDee Precept, a 23-year-old student at Googhoul International University #341 in Tallahassee, Tennessee.  Congratulations, DeeDee!

​A senior, DeeDee is majoring in Technohuman Integration, with a minor in Post-Upload Psychology.  When she’s not helping feed the Third World as a volunteer with the MonsantoMerckSenesco GMO Worldwide Mission in Uganda, DeeDee’s interests include Total Immersion Social Networking, Marathon Gaming, and Technopet breeding -- her innovative (and adorable!) notebook hamster won second place last year at the N.A.U. Technopet Festival in Aspen, Colorado. 

​DeeDee’s primary goals are to serve the Globalords and consume as little as possible of their resources for a genetically predetermined sound life span of 57.3 years, then upload into the One to achieve virtual immortality, while her body is still in fighting shape to qualify for display in the Most Beautiful Post-Upload Cryogenic Museum, where she hopes to secure a spot near Justin Bieber.
