WHO Says 1.5 Million Deaths From Dirty Water Not
Scary or Lucrative Enough for Concern

Every year, more than 1.5 million people die from diseases caused by contaminated water and malnutrition. Those are the latest "guesstimates" from the World Health Organization, before they officially stopped guesstimating in 2016 to concentrate on promoting vaccination programs.
"We've determined that once vaccines have been developed to kill the approximately one million trillion different bacteria and viruses in the world, the problem will resolve itself," said WHO spokesperson Dr. Pandora Demmick.
Malnutrition leads to weak immune systems susceptible to attack from a host of germs lurking in contaminated water. However, most of the victims are young children who are not providing any kind of meaningful contribution to the economy, and the vast majority are from the poorest areas of Africa, where indigenous populations only interfere with the oligarchs' harvest of rich natural resources.
The majority of deaths result from diarrhea, often causing a slow death from dehydration and an inability to absorb nutrients, for the few who are fortunate enough to have nutrients to absorb. Some deaths come from more exotic diseases like Cancrum Oris, which causes massive infections in and around the mouth, and is fatal for 85% of the 100,000 children who contract it every year, with the few survivors left horribly disfigured.
"As the agency dedicated to worldwide health issues, we have, of course, considered these diseases carefully," said Dr. Demmick, "but most people view them as more gross than terrifying, and ultimately, our most important objective is worldwide terror. And profits, of course. There's no terror or profit from clean water and good food. In fact, they're anti-terror and anti-profit."
Dr. Demmick explained that some years ago, inquiries were made to the Rothschild family to see if they wished to spend a tiny portion of their multi-trillion dollar fortune to provide clean water to the entire continent of Africa, but they politely declined.
Africa is the number one resource for mysterious germs with a hypothetical potential to "go airborne" and terrorize healthy populations. This terror serves a number of useful purposes for the Globalords, such as increasing willing compliance with tyrannical authority and generating massive profits from vaccine sales, without the usual costs required for research to create the appearance of safety and effectiveness.
Surprisingly, most people seem to really enjoy a good pandemic -- a phenomenon that crosses all economic and political party lines. Some even experience stages of grief when the panic subsides.
Several people the NWO Reporter interviewed when last year's Super-Duper Dengue Fever scare was winding down expressed denial and anger when informed they were no longer at risk. Many reported feelings of sadness that the shared crisis was over, while others expressed disappointment that they wouldn't have any personal stories to tell about neighbors, friends or relatives who had suffered a horrible agonizing death.

"Fear is recognized as one of the most important tools in the global oligarchy toolbox," explained Dr. Demmick, "for purposes of the Fear Effectiveness Quotient, it doesn't seem to matter whether an individual believes the germ is a natural one spawned in some exotic location, or a 'weaponized' germ manufactured by a corrupt government or psychotic microbiologist."

Testing is carefully limited to only the sick, in order to avoid confusing scientists with the discovery of similar viral fragments in healthy individuals.
The germ findings are then extrapolated to include anyone with similar symptoms, without wasting resources on further testing. If necessary to maintain the scare factor, the numbers of stricken are enhanced with aerial disbursal of chemical toxins designed to mimic the desired symptoms.
In this fashion, the WHO is able to ensure at least one sufficiently terrifying and lucrative pandemic every few years.
